Koll Sells Dallas Facility

TriNet Corporate Realty Trust Inc. said Monday it has purchased a Dallas industrial property for $11.3 million from Newport Beach-based developer Koll Real Estate Group Inc.

TriNet, based in San Francisco, said the 261,700-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility is fully occupied by tenant Electronic Data Systems Corp.

TriNet also said it agreed to take over Koll Real Estate’s development of Nokia Oy’s U.S. headquarters in Dallas. The development is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 1998.
