ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Micro General Corp.: The Tustin manufacturer of automated equipment for shipping and mailing operations reported a net loss of $648,467, or 33 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, compared with a net loss of $470,697, or 24 cents a share, for the comparable 1996 period. Revenue was down 2% to $214,909 from $219,558. A net loss of $1.5 million, or 78 cents a share, was posted for 1997, compared with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 61 cents a share, for 1996. Revenue declined 18% to $1.8 million from $2.2 million.
