Bristol Retail to Buy Sacramento Company

Bristol Retail Solutions Inc. said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Quality Business Machines Inc., a Sacramento-based point-of-sale systems dealer, for a combination of stock, cash and notes. The value of the deal was not disclosed. The purchase is expected to close this month.

Quality sells and services retail sales equipment such as cash registers and inventory keeping systems in five Northern California counties. Bristol, headquartered in Newport Beach, provides retail automation products and services through an expanding network of point-of-sale systems dealers.
