Horry Is Left Hurting Again

Share

Robert Horry overcame the upper-respiratory infection that limited him the previous game by playing 36 minutes and getting 10 rebounds and five blocked shots Thursday at New Jersey, only to suffer a strained Achilles’ heel in the fourth quarter that makes him doubtful for tonight’s game at Cleveland.

Horry said his left leg doesn’t hurt too much. The Lakers are listing him as day-to-day.

Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant, who sat out the fourth quarter Tuesday at Toronto because of a jammed hip and was questionable for the Nets’ game, ended up playing 25 minutes and showing good mobility. He made seven of 11 shots and scored 20 points.
