The United States and France today are expected to announce a treaty to expand access to each other’s aviation markets after six years of negotiations, the French government said. Under the pending deal, U.S. airlines would add nine daily flights to France on top of the current 148 flights each week. Air France would increase flights to the United States beyond its current 79.
