Firm Plans Acquisition of One Stop Solutions

Netcoast Communications in Burbank has signed a letter of intent to acquire One Stop Solutions of Westlake Village.

The acquisition, subject to the signing of a definitive agreement, is scheduled to be completed this month.

One Stop manufactures a line of food supplements under the brand name Personal Solutions International. The company’s all-natural products include The Brain III Formulas and Rev Up.

“The acquisition of One Stop Solutions marks a turning point for our company, and we anticipate that One Stop Solutions will be the catalyst that jump-starts us into the exciting field of nutrition, vitamins, herbal products and food supplements,” said Netcoast President Nick Mimides.

Linda Eisenberg, president of One Stop Solutions, said her company was enticed by the idea of being publicly traded.

“Although we have operated successfully as a private-company niche player in the food-supplement industry for a number of years, we feel that opportunities available to us in our industry can best be capitalized on if we are public,” she said.
