Bagel Deal to Move Canceled

New York Bagel Exchange Inc., which acquired Bake It Again Sam L.P. and planned to open new locations in Orange County, said Monday it has rescinded its acquisition.
New York Bagel Exchange, which operates bagel shops, said the two companies no longer have any obligations with each other. Bake It Again Sam is based in Burbank.
