* Boeing Co. said it delivered 108 planes in the first quarter, two short of its revised estimate, as the company works to clear up production bottlenecks. Boeing shares rose $1.13 to close at $56.06 on the NYSE.

* Tandy Corp. Chief Executive John Roach, 59, will resign at year’s end and be succeeded by President Leonard Roberts, who is credited with reviving the retailer’s Radio Shack chain. Roach, who has been CEO since 1981, will remain as chairman.

* Time Warner Inc. hopes to raise as much as $175 million by selling to the public a minority interest in Time Warner Telecom Inc. of Greenwood Village, Colo. The local telephone business provides telecommunications services to medium-size and large businesses.
