Rexhall Industries Inc. posted a wide loss for its fourth quarter on a 4% decline in revenues.

The Lancaster-based maker of recreational vehicles posted a net loss of $3.3 million in the quarter that ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of $482,000 in the same period a year earlier. Revenues in the latest quarter fell to $13.1 million, down from $13.7 million.

For its full fiscal year, Rexhall posted a net loss of $1.8 million, compared with a profit of $1.3 million, while revenues last year were $63 million, down 3% from $65 million in 1996. The company attributed its loss primarily to nonrecurring charges from a restructuring of its operations, and because of the settlement of a class-action lawsuit.
