Fidelity National Financial Inc.: The Irvine finance and real estate service company posted record net income of $16 million, or 58 cents a share, compared with net income of $4.4 million, or 19 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose 52% to a record $236.7 million from $155.7 million. Figures for both 1998 and 1997 include the results of Granite Financial Inc., which Fidelity acquired.
