Cypress Nursing Program Accredited

Cypress College’s Registered Nursing Program has received accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.

The commission announced that the accreditation is retroactive to September, 1997, and won’t expire until 2003. The commission last month cast a unanimous decision to accredit the program.

The college’s nursing program was cited by the commission for being “exemplary,” Cypress officials said.
