Join winemaker Scott Harvey of Napa Valley’s Folie a Deux winery for a six-course winemaker’s dinner. Among the 10 wines served will be the 1996 Folie a Deux Estate Private Reserve Chardonnay, 1996 Old Vine Zinfandel Amador, 1995 Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet and Amador County Orange Muscat, paired with bay scallop wontons, seared ahi Nicoise, braised oxtails, roast duck with caramelized onions, petite beef filet and a citrus tart gratin.
