How appropriate that Mark Fuhrman should characterize the investigation conducted by a Connecticut police department as a parody of police work (July 29).
Few are better qualified to know a parody of police work when they see one. Indeed many would say that Fuhrman is one of the leading parodists of our time. O. J. Simpson is surely one of his biggest fans.
