From Times Wire Reports

The U.S. military has declared a no-go zone in the sea off Florida where a rocket carrying a top secret spy satellite crashed and has begun the biggest spacecraft salvage since the 1986 Challenger disaster, officials said. The U.S. Coast Guard was keeping boaters out of an 18-square-mile security zone in the Atlantic near Cape Canaveral while military crews searched for debris from the Titan 4A rocket and a military eavesdropping satellite, which blew up in a $1-billion fireball just after taking off Wednesday.
