From Times Wire Reports

A man accused of exposing numerous women in upstate New York to the AIDS virus pleaded not guilty to charges that he had sex with a teenager while infected with HIV. The indictment unsealed in state Supreme Court was the first to bring charges against Nushawn Williams, 21, since last year’s AIDS scare in which authorities say the Jamestown man intentionally had unprotected sex. Health officials in Chautauqua County, southwest of Buffalo, N.Y., have said Williams infected nine of at least 28 sex partners with HIV, six of them knowingly.
