Since reading Russ Parsons’ article (“The Year of the Pancake,” July 15), I have used your recipe to make Sunday breakfast twice for my wife and three children. The results have been absolutely sensational. I’ve already agreed to cook pancakes again next Sunday. They may have become even more popular than the bagels I usually do on weekends. I have been cooking pancakes regularly for over a decade, and my wife says these efforts using your recipe are the best I’ve ever done. So from my family, greedily eating pancakes, thank you very much.
