From Times Wire Reports

Grenades or bombs exploded on three buses, killing at least 21 people, including a child, reports said. No one claimed responsibility for any of the blasts. The explosions--two in southern Uganda and one in the north--appeared to have been caused by devices hidden in stowed luggage, Capital FM radio reported. In November 1997, a series of grenade attacks killed nine people.
