Chase Manhattan Bank, a unit of Chase Manhattan Corp., won a U.S. Postal Service contract to manage the agency’s $174 billion in annual cash collections and disbursements, the Postal Service said. The arrangement is part of the Postal Service’s effort to streamline its cash management.
