In an effort to help local businesses find more entry-level workers, the city expects to open its new business center on the third floor of the Civic Center as early as the first week of January. The county has already provided the city with one worker who will research the needs of local business owners. The city is encouraging anyone with experience recruiting employees and working with business leaders to apply for the center’s job developer position.
