Three young men who became Eagle Scouts earlier this year have been recognized by the City Council. Members awarded Jason Simons, 18; David Shawver, 20; and Matthew Shawver, 18, certificates of recognition at their meeting last week. The three are Boy Scouts from Troop 111.
