Students who want to improve their study habits can attend a 1 1/2-hour workshop Dec. 21 at the Community Center, 695 Madison Way. Orlando Sanchez, a Chicano studies student at Cal State Fullerton, will teach fifth- to ninth-graders techniques on note-taking, time management and test-taking.
