The Little Saigon Foundation will distribute Christmas gifts Saturday to needy children in the Vietnamese community who wrote letters to Santa Claus asking for a present. Since it began five years ago, the nonprofit foundation’s Christmas Wish Program has given more than 5,000 gifts to children in Orange County and Houston, Texas. This year it is expanding to San Jose as well. The event starts at 10 a.m. in Westminster’s Civic Center, 8200 Westminster Blvd.
