PLACENTIA
After jostling over parking issues and security lights, the Placentia Planning Commission gave Hertz Co. the green light Tuesday to open a rental car agency at 1146 and 1148 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. in Placentia Place.
The company, which will be the third rental car agency to operate in the city, plans to open early next year on a 1.58-acre site near Placentia Linda Hospital.
