Marshall Redman

* Justice is not served in the assignment to home confinement of land swindler Marshall Redman (Dec. 22), who bilked thousands out of millions of dollars. Some of his victims are still living in hovels, and Redman should be forced to join them.

In addition to liquidating his estate and supporting his victims for the rest of his life, make Redman serve out his sentence at the very Hi Vista development he sold, in the very squalor to which he condemned his victims. Even jail is too good for this man: Let him rot in a shack, without heat, running water, or electricity, cheek by jowl with those he robbed.
