Pale gold with glints of green, this crisp Ma^con-Fuisse has an earthiness that makes it delicious drinking. Plateau de fruits de mer (a towering seafood platter) comes immediately to mind. I’d also drink it with steamed mussels or shellfish, a simple roast chicken, bratwurst or even wiener schnitzel.
