$25 Million Raised to Preserve White House Art

WASHINGTON — The White House Endowment Fund has reached its goal of raising $25 million to help preserve the executive mansion’s artworks and other artifacts.
Recent uses of the endowment include the 1995 refurbishing of the Blue Room and the purchase of new carpets for the East and Red Rooms.
