Man Gets 90 Days in Jail for Trading Away Son

FREDERICK, Md. —
A man who said he traded his 15-month-old son for $5,000 and a used car to give the boy a better life was sentenced Wednesday to 90 days in jail.
Kenneth M. Vogelpohl, a 38-year-old unemployed truck driver, could have gotten 10 years in prison.
