‘Zodiac Killer’ Gets Long Prison Term

A man convicted of being the notorious “Zodiac Killer,” who murdered three people in a spate of violence in the early 1990s, was sentenced to a maximum sentence of 83 1/3 years to life in prison. Heriberto “Eddie” Seda, 30, delivered a rambling statement during his sentencing hearing in New York’s Queens State Supreme Court, declaring himself a “changed” man. He was convicted June 24 of three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
