Tourney Pointe’s First Phase Nears End

The first phase of the Tourney Pointe complex in Valencia is expected to be completed next month, developers said.

The four-story, 230,000-square-foot building is the former Western corporate center of Baxter International.

Landau Partnership Inc. of Santa Monica designed the $30-million renovation and expansion of the facility, which overlooks the third green at Valencia Country Club.

The Tourney Pointe corporate complex sits on 16 acres that is being developed by Realty Bancorp of Woodland Hills.

Centex Homes is moving into a 13,000-square-foot space in the building.

Developers said they anticipate that the building will primarily house multimedia, publishing and entertainment-related companies.
