Information Sought on Four Fugitives

Ventura County Sheriff’s Department investigators are asking the public for help in locating four fugitives wanted on suspicion of crimes ranging from possession of dangerous drugs to theft.

Rory Chivington, 31, is wanted for allegedly violating the terms of his probation by being under the influence of illegal drugs. He has already been convicted of possessing and being under the influence of drugs, resisting arrest and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

His last known address was 680 Olive St. in Ventura. He last worked as a carpenter. Chivington is white, 5 feet 6, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has numerous tattoos on both arms.

Authorities are also searching for Andrea Denise Burkley on suspicion of mailing her boyfriend methamphetamine while he was an inmate in the Ventura County Jail.

Burkley, who may have married her boyfriend and changed her last name to Lee, last lived at 704 Douglas Ave. in Oxnard. She is black, 5 feet 8, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities are also searching for Martin Gabriel Rodriguez on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of illegal drugs. Rodriguez was arrested in May 1997 but was released when prosecutors initially failed to file charges. Charges were filed and a warrant was issued in March.

His last known address was at 2310 Carlton Way in Santa Barbara. Rodriguez, 25, is Latino, 5 feet 5, 140 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Also being sought is Lori Molina, also known as Lori Ann Moten, for failure to appear in court on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs, committing thefts with a prior record and twice skipping bail.

Molina, 38, was arrested in April and released on bail but failed to appear for court. Her last known address was her girlfriend’s townhome at 748 Wisteria Lane in Santa Paula. She may have remained in the area.

Molina is Latina, 5 feet 6, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has roses tattooed on her neck. Other tattoos include the words “I’m So Proud” and “Santa Paula.”
