* Eastman Kodak Co. paid more than $41 million last week to settle half of an 11-year-old antitrust suit brought by Image Technical Services Inc. and other Kodak competitors that repaired copiers, court documents show. The payment, which doesn’t include attorney fees, comes after the largest U.S. maker of photographic film failed to convince the Supreme Court in April to reverse lower-court rulings on that part of the case. Kodak still faces a retrial on the other part of the case, which originally resulted in a damage award of about $36 million after tripling under antitrust laws. The partial settlement approved last week in San Francisco by U.S. District Judge Wallace Tashima called for the largest payments to go to closely held Image Technical, JESP Co., CPO Ltd. and Micrographic Services Inc. Six other companies will get less than $1 million each.
