* Apple Computer Inc.’s debt ratings were raised by Moody’s Investor Service to reflect “substantial improvement” at the Cupertino-based personal computer maker, which is recovering from almost $1.8 billion in losses. Moody’s raised Apple’s senior long-term debt rating one notch to B2 from B3, and upgraded its subordinated long-term debt to Caa1 from Caa2.
