SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO--Fragrant flowers, ornaments, fruits and plants take center stage for the Flower and Garden Show next weekend, June 13-14. DEL MAR--One of San Diego County’s largest events, the Del Mar Fair, salutes California’s sesquicentennial June 16-July 5 with more than 80,000 exhibits, livestock displays, garden shows, rides and concerts that include the Four Tops (June 24); Patti LaBelle (June 26); Van Halen (July 3); and Wynona with Michael Bolton (July 4). DUNSMUIR--Railroad Days, held June 19-21 at the foot of Mt. Shasta, offers a craft fair, carnival, train rides up Black Butte, displays of model train sets, entertainment and a parade June 20 at noon. 4-11 p.m. June 19, 8 a.m.-11 p.m. June 20, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. June 21.
