$25-Million Complex Being Built in Irwindale

Conning Asset Management Co. of Anaheim has begun construction of a $25-million, 15.6-acre business park in Irwindale, where the company plans to build 11 industrial buildings totaling more than 350,000 square feet.

Called Irwindale Gateway Center, the project at Rivergrade Road and Live Oak Avenue is expected to include buildings ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to more than 50,000 square feet, with the first buildings to be available in the fourth quarter of this year.
