* Cadillac Gage Textron of Valencia won a $113,755 contract from the Army in Rock Island, Ill., for valves.

* Mission Research Corp. of Santa Barbara won a $1.9-million contract from the Defense Special Weapons Agency in Alexandria for research and development.

* Mission Research Corp. won a $1.8-million contract from the Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts for research and development.
