Minority Business Council Names New Project Director

Robert Arjonilla has been named project director for the Orange County Minority Business Council’s small-business counseling and planning project in Santa Ana. Arjonilla is the founder and managing director of Arjonilla Associates, a business consulting company specializing in investment, development, trade, tourism and government relations in Third World and emerging countries. He also is the founder and managing director of California Trade Connection, a management and marketing company.

Jeanne Flynn Martin has been named vice president of Chicago Title Insurance Co in Irvine. Before joining the company in 1997, she was executive vice president and general counsel with Strategic Mortgage Services.
