Edison Bill
We just received our June Edison bill. Follow along on your bill. After subtotal there is “Legislated 10% Rate Reduction” ($4.46 in our case). Great. Then go down to “Detail,” second item from the bottom: Trust Transfer Amounts (2) ($6.12 in our case). Now go to (2) for explanation. It says: “This charge recovers the financing cost associated with the required 10% rate reduction.”
