Re “Learning Curve Hits Learned Counsel,” June 17: Are you serious? After five years of investigating, wasting over 40 million tax dollars, you’re telling me that independent counsel Kenneth Starr still has to learn how to conduct himself in the political environment of Washington? The only thing more incredible than that is the stupidity of those in charge who are letting this farce continue.
