* Russell Hanlin, president of Sherman Oaks-based Sunkist Growers, said he plans to retire and will be succeeded by Vincent Lupinacci. Sunkist is a grower-owned citrus-marketing cooperative with 6,500 grower members in California and Arizona, most of whom are small family farmers.
