Police Seek Pair Accused of Having Sex With Minor
Police were looking Tuesday for a Houston couple who allegedly had sex with an underage Michigan girl who sought out the relationship through the Internet.
Officer Sean Valenta said the 16-year-old girl had posted a message in an Internet chat room to say she was interested in forming a threesome with a married couple.
Valenta said Russell Ramsey, 42, and his wife, Jennifer, 20, responded to the message and paid for the girl to fly to Houston in April.
A private detective hired by the girl’s father traced her to the couple’s apartment. Police have been unable to contact the couple but say there is no indication that they are on the run.
