Lewinsky Was Given Rules, Woman Says

President Clinton’s relationship with former White House intern Monica S. Lewinsky was “basically like foreplay,” but “nothing was ever taken to completion,” a new player in the inquiry told Newsweek. Dale Young, 47, a businesswoman from Scarsdale, N.Y., said Lewinsky told her details in 1996 about her alleged relationship with the president, according to Newsweek’s latest edition. Young testified last week in the probe conducted by independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr. Her story offers a twist in the case: Lewinsky told her Clinton established ground rules at the outset of their relationship because he was afraid he might be questioned about it one day, according to Newsweek.
