Taking the spiritual route, instead of the conventional forms of treatment he considers negative and fear-based, Chopra offers a program based on Ayurveda techniques.

We have heard much of this before, and because he covers all addictions in such a short space, not much time is spent on each. Not that the printed version is any less cursory. If you read the text, however, you will not have the problem of Chopra’s thick accent, which prevents us from clearly understanding the odd word.
