Kevorkian Drops Off 2 Bodies at Hospitals
After daring prosecutors to arrest him for assisting in suicides, Dr. Jack Kevorkian dropped off two bodies at hospitals, authorities said. A 42-year-old Boston man and a 61-year-old woman from Roanoke, Va., both died of lethal injections, autopsies found. A note indicated the man, who has not been identified, suffered from fibromyalgia, a muscle disorder that causes pain but is not fatal. The retired pathologist also brought the body of Patricia Graham to Providence Hospital in Southfield. A note said that the woman had suffered from rheumatoid arthritis.
