Ex-Coach a Celebrity Spokesman

Millennium Electronics Inc. said Thursday that former San Francisco 49er football coach Bill Walsh has agreed to serve as celebrity spokesman on the company’s NetRam line of personal computer products.

Walsh also will serve as personal coach to management on matters relating to teamwork and overall corporate performance.

In return, Walsh will receive a combination of retainer fees and equity as compensation. Exact terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
