Vendors Sought for Annual Baby Expo

Vendor applications are being accepted for the 5th Annual Baby Expo on May 8 at Borchard Community Center in Newbury Park.

This year, organizers expect more than 100 vendors. The Baby Expo began with about 75 vendors in 1993.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the community center, 190 Reino Road.

Admission for the public is free, said organizer Robin Stidham.

The event also will provide information on pre- and postnatal care. A child-safety awareness booth will offer free fingerprinting and photo identification for kids, Stidham said.
