Prop. 13

Joel Fox treats us to a list of public services we should be glad we lost in exchange for the Prop. 13 tax cuts (Commentary, March 22). He points with hubris to reductions in essentials. When will Fox provide us an accounting of the “fat” cut from state, county and city budgets as promised in 1978?
