A New Clinton Debuts in Africa

JINJA, Uganda —
Bill Clinton, U.S. president, met Bill Clinton, new baby, on Tuesday.
“Look at all this hair,” Clinton said, cradling the yawning, 2-day-old boy in his arms. “I was completely bald until I was 2.”
Betty Namugosa, a shopkeeper, named her fourth child Bill Clinton to mark the president’s visit. If Bill had been a girl, she would have been named Hillary, reporters were told.
The president was visiting this village to highlight the efforts of female entrepreneurs.
