Pacific Gulf Buys 2 Sites

NEWPORT BEACH —
Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said Thursday it acquired two industrial properties in Southern California from Bixby Land Co. for $12 million.
Pacific Gulf, a real estate investment trust, said it purchased the 125,000-square-foot Los Alamitos Business Park and the 76,000-square-foot Walnut Avenue Business Park.
The deals increase Pacific Gulf’s portfolio to 61 properties containing about 12.3 million square feet.
