School’s In After Twister

GAINESVILLE, Ga. —
About 300 students returned Thursday to their school, which was extensively damaged last week when a tornado swept through northeast Georgia.
Because of the damage from the tornado that killed 11 people and injured more than 80 last Friday, the school’s 300 other students were bused to other schools.
Debris from the classrooms and offices destroyed by the tornado had been removed and the area swept clean.
