Stewart Title Co. has renewed and expanded its lease at the 505 N. Brand Blvd. office tower in downtown Glendale through a six-year transaction covering at least 36,000 square feet and valued at about $5 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Brad Feld, who negotiated on behalf of the tenant. Tom Kibler represented landlord Shuwa Investment Corp.

* Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. has purchased San Dimas Marketplace for $22.8 million, according to Edward Hanley and Gregory Brown of Marcus & Millichap, who represented Pan Pacific. The 271,000-square-foot center is occupied by a Target store, Ross Dress for Less, Office Max, PetCo, Super Crown Book store and other national chains. San Dimas Marketplace Associates represented itself in the sale.

* The Orman Grubb Co., a manufacturer and distributor of wood furniture products, has leased 166,775 square feet in the Koll Technology Center in Anaheim. The 10-year lease, valued at about $9 million, was brokered by Rob Socci, senior vice president of the Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage, who represented both tenant and landlord. Socci said the lease, one of the largest this year in north Orange County, will combine Orman Grubb assembly and distribution operations now performed at the company’s La Palma Avenue location in Anaheim.
